Daily, I say things that I'm thankful for. I can't say I take a particular amount of time and sit and do it but throughout the day.
For an example getting into a shower being grateful for the water-the hot water and the cold water.
Walking outside being grateful that I live in the country and not in the city and have the fresh air and see nature and dear turkey squirrels, rabbits birds.
I do this throughout each and every day as it happens
